Summer Saturday Supper at Slettnes

For the rest of the summer season, we will serve a 3 course supper every second Saturday, beginning on June 30th. For guests, there is an especially favourable accomodation offer.

Our creative staff twists the classics just enough to assure that a visit to the café at Slettnes gives you the feeling of being back in the eternal peace of grandma's kitchen, while at the same time your nostrils and eyes are tempted by combinations yet untasted. This one was an immediate hit: Nettlewaffel with smoked salmon, sour cream and Siberian chives. Marketed as this weeks special, today's respone indicates that this little delicacy will reappear time and time again. Mmm...

Opening of the summer season June 9th.

Not only will the waffles and other renowned Slettnes delights be available from June 9th noon.
On Saturday, we celebrate the opening of the summer season by serving a 3-course meal from 20:00. Please note: The number of tables is limited indeed. Pre-booking only: (+47) 78497602. Welcome!

Wild salmon from Skjånes served with a number of tasty accompaniments
